Frosting Flavors

Wedding cakes and custom cakes are generally frosted/iced with Vanilla American Buttercream to create a smooth and clean canvas for your cake design.  Fillings then are the expression of flavor.  If you prefer a fondant covered cake, then a white chocolate or chocolate ganache will be used to ice the cake before fondant is applied.  The fillings again are the expression of unique flavor. 

With cupcakes, the frosting/icing may be most of the above filling flavors.
